This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using the Sneaker Heat application and related services (the "Services") provided by Mighty77. It is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the Services, you agree to follow this AUP.
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these rules. You are responsible for your conduct and for any content you submit. Mighty77 takes the security and integrity of its Services seriously and reserves the right to investigate and act on violations.

You agree not to use the Services' AI, scanning, grading, or valuation features to generate misleading representations to deceive buyers, sellers, or other parties, or to misrepresent Mighty77's outputs as guarantees, appraisals, or authentications. Our AI outputs are estimates only, as described in our Terms of Service.
We value the security community. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, we ask that you report it responsibly to security@mighty77.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to address it before any public disclosure. Do not access, modify, or destroy data that is not yours, and do not degrade the Services for others while researching. Good-faith research conducted in accordance with this section is encouraged.
We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and may take any action we deem appropriate, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, restricting access, and cooperating with law enforcement. We are not obligated to monitor use of the Services but may do so to the extent permitted by law.

We may update this AUP from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date when we do, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
